Meet Our Scholarship Recipients

Arianna Consolo
Arianna is a 2020 graduate of Bellevue High School. She has been playing flute for 8 years in jazz band, marching band, pep band and concert band. She has taken private lessons for the past 2 years. Arianna also participated in OMEA District II Honors band for her entire high school career achieving first chair for the past 2 years. She received superior ratings at solo and ensemble competitions. Arianna has also been in the handbell choir for all four years of her high school career. Other school activities include membership in the National Honor Society in which she is Co-Vice President and member of the Drama Club. Arianna has played on the girls golf team all 4 years of high school and was Senior Captain and lettered in golf. She will be attending Bowling Green State University this fall, majoring in instrumental music education.

Danielle Consolo
Danielle is a 2020 graduate of Bellevue High School. Her instrument of choice is the trumpet. She has been taking private lessons for 3 years. She has been involved in jazz band, marching band, pep band and concert band. Danielle also performed with the District Honors Band, the Terra State Symphonic Band, and the Vacationland Band. Danielle also played concerts with the Ohio State University Marching Band, The North Coast Concert Band and the Heidelberg University Marching Band. She has also been in the handbell choir for all four years of her high school career. Other school activities include membership in the National Honor Society and the Drama Club. Danielle has played on the girls golf team all 4 years of high school. She will be attending Bowling Green State University this fall, majoring in instrumental music education.
Congratulations to these two young ladies as being the first recipients of the Jim Murray Memorial Scholarship. Musicians and golfers - Jim would be proud!
